Happy Halloween

Macyn is ready for trick or treating with her first costume compliments of auntie Shannon and uncle Paulie. We had a great time hosting our family. I would never have imagined I would see the day when my family came to visit to see my first daughter. It was truly special to see the happiness she brings to our already close knit family. Can't wait for Thanksgiving and years to come spending this precious time with everyone. We will miss them dearly!!!!

Family back in town

Grandpa, grammy, auntie Shannon, and uncle Paul made it into town safely. They have been fighting over who gets to play with Macy. Luckily she loves the attention and was happy to meet everyone. We are all enjoying the company, the cooking, and seeing everyone!!!!

Dax came home from work early today to spend some quality time with his little girl and they ended up falling asleep on the rocker. Macyn loves her daddy!!

Macyn's One Month Check-Up

We went to see the Dr. again for Macyn's one month appointment and everything is A-OK. In fact, he said that she is gaining weight pretty quickly. She weighed 11 lbs. 9 oz putting her in the 99th percentile and measured at 22.5 inches putting her in the 92nd percentile. My little baby is getting big!!!

Can you believe that Macyn is a whole month? It seems like it was just yesterday that I was holding her in the hospital bed. Time is flying so quickly. Here are some pictures of my ever-growing gorgeous little baby girl.

Walk at the park...

We took Macy for a walk today at Freedom Park. Grandma and mom took turns pushing the stroller. She slept most of the time but enjoyed the beautiful on the bench for a little while.

Grandma came in last night and has been holding her 1st grandchild at every waking moment. Jen has enjoyed the help.

2 weeks today

We took Macy out for her first walk in the stroller today. She slept the whole time, but she seemed to enjoy the ride. We will see if she enjoys a longer ride tomorrow. She is slowly starting to sleep more between feedings. Grandma Steele is coming to Charlotte this week and we are all very excited. Hope you enjoy the new pics.
